I really enjoyed my stay, thanks to the excellent location near the bus station, making it very convenient for exploring Derby. One downside was the air conditioning not working properly, which made the room a bit warm at times.

We got a nice upgrade to a cozy room with a super comfy bed! Staff were really helpful, the restaurant manager even made me a fab latte when my husband just wanted some chips. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the rolls were a bit late. a pleasant experience!
